제4회 국제무형유산영상축제는 디스커버리(국제경쟁) 섹션을 신설하였습니다.

경쟁부문 심사에는 총 3명의 심사위원이 참여합니다.

심사위원은 영화제 기간 중 관객 여러분과 함께 영화 감상 후 심사회의를 거쳐 9월 3일 17시 시상식에서 수상자를 발표하고 시상을 진행합니다.

필립 체

영화 평론가, 아시아영화진흥기구 자문위원

영화 평론가이자 싱가폴 유일의 독립 문화 잡지 빅오의 편집장이다. 아시아 영화 진흥기구(넷팩)의 자문위원을 겸하고 있으며, 족자-넷팩아시아영화제, 유라시아국제영화제, 그리고 상하이영화제의 프로그램 컨설턴트 역시 맡고 있다. 동아시아 아시안 필름페스티발을 공동 창립하였으며, 하노이영화제의 자문으로도 활약하고 있다.

그는 2010년 키르키즈스탄 영화 평론가협회, 2008년 베트남 영화 협회, 2006년 시네마닐라국제영화제, 그리고 2004년 부산국제영화제로부터 공로상을 수상한바 있다.

이기중

전남대학교 문화인류고고학과 교수, 민족지영화감독

영상인류학자이자 민족지영화감독이며, 대학교수이다. 미국 템플대학교에서 영화와 영상인류학을 전공하고 석사와 박사학위를 받았으며, 한국의 결혼사진문화를 다룬 <Wedding Through Camera Eyes>(2001)로 미국인류학회에서 수상하였다. 또한 그는 『북극의 나눅』, 『렌즈속의 인류』 등 다양한 저술을 통해 영상인류학과 민족지영화의 보급에 앞장서고 있다.

현재 전남대학교 문화인류고고학과 교수로 재직 중이며, 한국시각인류학회 회장을 맡고 있다. 또한 국제무형유산영상축제의 집행위원으로도 활동 중이다.

뤽 페케

영화인류학 위원회 대표, 장 루슈 영화제 집행위원장

2012년부터 영화인류학 위원회 대표와 장 루슈 영화제 집행위원장을 역임하고 있다. 그는 인류학자이자 파리의 세계 아프리카 학회, 사회과학 연구소 등에서 연구원활동하고 있으며, 생 에티엔 건축대학원의 부교수와 Aficanistes의 편집장으로도 활동 중이다. 주로 종교 인류학과 문화기술을 중심으로 연구하고 있다.

최근에는 부르키나 파소의 리엘라 지역의 사회 주거환경과 종교적 관행에 중점을 두고 연구하고 있다.

시상 내역

IIFF 최우수작품상 IIFF Grand Prize

디스커버리(국제경쟁) 부문 작품 중 가장 뛰어난 작품에 상금 1,000만원과 트로피가 수여된다.

IIFF 우수작품상 IIFF Best Film Prize (후원 : 전북대학교)

국제경쟁부문 작품 중 우수한 작품에 상금 500만원과 트로피가 수여된다.

The 4th International Intangible Heritage Films Festival has a new Discovery (International Competition) section

A total of three judges participate in the competition.

The judges will present the winners at the award ceremony on September 3, after watching the film with the audience during the festival.

Philip Cheah

Film critic, Advisory Council member of Network for the Promotion of Asia-Pacific Cinema (NETPAC)

Philip Cheah is a film critic and is the editor of BigO, Singapore's only independent pop culture publication. He is Advisory Council member of Network for the Promotion of Asia-Pacific Cinema (NETPAC), and is currently program consultant for the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, the Eurasia Intl Film Festival, and Shanghai Intl Film Festival. He co-founded the South-east Asian Film Festival and is Advisor to the Hanoi Intl Film Festival. He was given an award for Achievement in the Promotion of Kyrgyz film by the Kyrgyzstan Film Critics in 2010, an award for promoting Vietnamese film by the Vietnam Cinema Association in 2008, an Award for Asian Cinema at the 8th Cinemanila IFF in 2006, and the Korean Cinema Award at the 9th Busan IFF in 2004.

Lee Ki Jung

Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Chonnam National University, Visual Anthropologist/Ethnographic Filmmaker

He is a Visual Anthropologist/Ethnographic Filmmaker and a Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Chonnam National University in Korea. He specialized on cinema/visual anthropology and earned his MA/Ph.D. degree at Temple University, USA. His film, Wedding Through Camera Eyes (2001) about the Korean wedding photography culture won award at the American Anthropological Association. His publications include Nanook of the North and Human Through Camera Lens. He leads to the extension of Visual Anthropology and Ethnographic Film in Korea. He is currently a President of the Korean Society for Visual Anthropology and an Executive Committee of International Intangible Heritage Film Festival.

Luc pecquet

President of the Comité du Film Ethnographique, Festival Director of Festival International Jean Rouch

President of the Comité du Film Ethnographique (Ethnographic Film Committee, Paris) since 2012, Luc Pecquet is an anthropologist (PhD in 1999, University Paris-I Panthéon Sorbonne), researcher at the Institute of the African Worlds in Paris (Imaf – National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) – Higher Learning School (EPHE) – School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) – Research Institut for development (IRD) – University of Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne – University Provence). His works interest both religious anthropology and cultural technology, and particularly focus on the housing environment and the divinatory practices of the Lyela society in Burkina Faso. Senior lecturer at the Graduate School of Architecture (Ensase, Saint-Etienne), he is also the managing editor of the Journal des Africanistes.
